8.3.1 所定の成形条件に設定する。
8.3.2 規定の厚さを得るよう,8.1.1又は8.1.2に規定するチャージの準備を行う。
8.3.3 チャージする試験材料の質量を計量する。
8.3.4 金型キャビティにチャージする(できれば,金型キャビティの中央にチャージするよう注意する。)。
チャージ後,すぐにプレスを閉じる。可能な限り素早く規定圧力にし,加圧時間の測定を開始する。
8.3.5 加圧終了後,プレスを開き,成形板を取り出して,冷却棚に置き,室温まで冷却する。
8.3.6 欠陥のある試験板は,廃棄する。
8.3.7 各試験板の厚さを測定する。
9 試験板の状態調節
他の規定又は受渡当事者間の合意がない場合には,試験板を試験片を切り出す前に,自然環境下の室内
に48時間放置する。
10 試験片の採取方法
チャージ方法をB法とした場合,図2のように試験板から試験片を切り出す。
流動方向に直角な場合には,終端効果があるので,試験板の左端部(図2の4)を廃棄する。右端部に
も同様な終端効果があるが,この部分は,試験片のタブ部となるので,測定する特性には影響しない。流
動方向に平行な場合は,極端な終端効果はないが,同様に端部(図2の5)を廃棄することが望ましい。
A法については,試験片の採取の方法は特に規定しない。

11 試験板作製報告書
試験板作製報告書には,次の事項を含める。

e) チャージに関する記述(SMCでは,長さ,幅,量,層数及び方向。BMCでは,チャージ量)
f) 成形条件(温度,圧力及び加圧時間)
g) 試験板の番号付け又は記号による識別表示
h) 試験板の厚さ
i) 試験板の状態調節条件(温度,相対湿度及び時間)
j) 試験板から採取した試験片の特性に影響する可能性のある試験板作製時の偶発的及び意図的手順変更
