まえがき

  この規格は,工業標準化法第12条第1項の規定に基づき,社団法人日本機械学会(JSME)及び財団法人
日本規格協会(JSA)から,工業標準原案を具して日本工業規格(日本産業規格)を制定すべきとの申出があり,日本工業標準
調査会の審議を経て,経済産業大臣が制定した日本工業規格(日本産業規格)である。
  この規格は,著作権法で保護対象となっている著作物である。
  この規格の一部が,特許権,出願公開後の特許出願,実用新案権又は出願公開後の実用新案登録出願に
抵触する可能性があることに注意を喚起する。経済産業大臣及び日本工業標準調査会は,このような特許
権,出願公開後の特許出願,実用新案権及び出願公開後の実用新案登録出願にかかわる確認について,責
任はもたない。

序文

  この規格は,2003年に第1版として発行されたISO 18436-2を基に,技術的内容及び対応国際規格の構
成を変更することなく作成した日本工業規格(日本産業規格)である。

1 適用範囲

  この規格は,機械の状態監視及び診断を遂行する振動解析技術者に関する一般的要求事項について規定
する。この規格の認証は,携帯及び常設のセンサ・機器を用いて機械振動の測定・解析を行う技術者の資
格及び力量の承認を与える。
    注記 この規格の対応国際規格及びその対応の程度を表す記号を,次に示す。
          ISO 18436-2:2003,Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines−Requirements for training and
              certification of personnel−Part 2: Vibration condition monitoring and diagnostics (IDT)
            なお,対応の程度を表す記号 (IDT) は,ISO/IEC Guide 21に基づき,一致していることを示
          す。

3 用語及び定義

  この規格で用いる主な用語及び定義は,JIS B 0153,JIS B 0912-1,ISO 13372によるほか,次による。
3.1
解析(analysis)
  信号処理技術及び機械に関する知識を用いて,機械の故障及び状態を評価する過程。
3.2
測定順路(route)
  機械配列,測定又はプラント配置に基づいてリストアップされた,測定の経路。
3.3
訓練生(trainee)
  認証資格を得るために訓練を受けている者。
3.4
振動診断(vibration diagnostics)
  機械の故障を決定するための,振動データの解釈。
3.5
振動監視(vibration monitoring)
  振動データの測定,傾向管理及び解釈の過程。

4 振動による状態監視及び診断のための技術者の分類

4.1 一般

  この規格に従って認証される技術者の資格は,幾つかのカテゴリの一つに分類される。技術者は附属書
A及び附属書Bに記載された該当分類カテゴリにおける機械振動の状態監視及び診断技術に関して,その
力量を証明しなければならない。
4.2   カテゴリI
  カテゴリIに認証された技術者は,ISO 13373-1及びISO 17359に従った単純な1チャンネル機械振動
の範囲の状態監視及び診断を行う資格をもつ。カテゴリIに認証された技術者は,定められた設定条件に
基づいて警報設定することを除けば,例えばセンサの選択,行われるべき解析及び試験結果の評価に対し
て責任をもたない。技術者は,次の能力をもたなければならない。
a) 事前に選定又は計画された測定順路で,携帯用計測器を操作する。
