まえがき

  この規格は,工業標準化法に基づいて,日本工業標準調査会の審議を経て,通商産業大臣が制定した日
本工業規格である。
  この規格の一部が,技術的性質をもつ特許権,出願公開後の特許出願,実用新案権,又は出願公開後の
実用新案登録出願に抵触する可能性があることに注意を喚起する。通商産業大臣及び日本工業標準調査会
は,このような技術的性質をもつ特許権,出願公開後の特許出願,実用新案権,又は出願公開後の実用新
案登録出願にかかわる確認について,責任はもたない。
  JIS C 1082-1は,次に示す附属書がある。
    附属書A(参考) 一般的製図規則を規定するISO規格からの抜粋
  JIS C 1082は,主題部を“電気技術文書”として,次に示す各部によって構成する。
    第1部 : 一般要求事項

電気技術文書−第1部 : 一般要求事項

Preparation of documents used in electrotechnology− Part 1 : General requirements

序文

 この規格は,1991年に第1版として発行されたIEC 61082-1, Preparation of documents used in
electrotechnology−Part 1 : General requirements並びにAmendment 1 (1995) 及びAmendment 2 (1996) を翻訳
し,技術的内容を変更することなく作成した日本工業規格(日本産業規格)である。ただし,追補 (Amendment) について
は,編集し,一体とした。
なお,この規格で点線の下線を施してある箇所は,対応国際規格にはない事項である。

1. 一般事項

1.1 適用範囲

 この規格は,電気技術で用いる文書作成のための一般的な規則,ガイドライン及び一定
の種類の文書類の特定規則並びにガイドラインを規定する。
  例図は所定の規則を説明するためのものであるが,必ずしも文書を完全に代表するものではない。
    備考 この規格の対応国際規格を,次に示す。

1.2 引用規格

 次に掲げる規格は,この規格に引用されることによって,この規格の規定の一部を構成
する。
  出版時に明示された版号が有効であるが,すべての規格は改正されるので,この規格の関係者は次の最
新版のものを調査し適用するよう推奨する。

    参考 IEC規格番号は,1997年1月1日から実施のIEC規格新番号体系によるものであり,これよ
          り前に発行された規格についても,規格番号に60000を加えた番号に切り替えた。これは,番
          号だけの切替えであり,内容は同一である。

2. 定義及び分類

2.1 定義

 この規格で用いる主な用語の定義は,次による。
  定義文の中では,この項で定義する用語は太字で示してある。
2.1.1  基本用語 用語間の相互関係を図1に示す。
2.1.1.1  媒体 (medium)   情報を記録する素材。例えば,紙,マイクロフィルム,磁気又は光ディスク。
2.1.1.2  文書 (document)  データ媒体による情報。通常,文書は情報の形式及び表示の形式に従って指
定される。例えば,全体図,接続表,ファンクションチャート。
    備考 情報は紙及びマイクロフィルムで静的又は(ビデオ)ディスプレイ装置で動的に表示する。
2.1.1.3  図面(技術用) (drawing [technical])図表で情報を表現する文書であって,テキストを含むこ
とがある。
2.1.1.4  文書化 (documentation)
a) 所定の主題に関連する文書の収集。
b) 文書の作成。
