る,以前に試験されたことのない添加物を追加している。この最終包装は,条件付き,すなわち,その新
しい多層包装に崩壊性があり,その添加物が環境に有害でなければリサイクル可能と考えられる。添加物
は1 %未満の濃度で他の添加物は使われていない(添加物の総量は5 %以下)ため,添加物の生分解性を
証明することは求められていない。
E.10 一部有機的リサイクル可能な包装の事例
  ある食品包装が,トレイ及び蓋で作られている。トレイは試験され,この規格の要求事項を満たすこと
が分かっている。しかし,蓋は有機的リサイクルができない。このような場合,この包装は有機的リサイ
クルができないとされる。しかし,消費者に対しては,蓋を取り去り,別々のルートで廃棄されるという
条件付きでそのトレイは有機的にリサイクル可能であると伝えることができる。
