−Part 7 : Requirements for special installations or locations−Section 711 : Exhibitions, shows and standsを翻訳し,
技術的内容及び規格票の様式を変更することなく作成した日本工業規格(日本産業規格)である。そのため,箇条番号はIEC
60364-7-711による。
概要
  JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) のこの部の要求事項は,JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) の一般要求事項のうちのある部
分を修正し又は置き換える。
  第7部第711節の箇条番号の付け方は,JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) の方式及びその対応する番号に従って
いる。
  第7部第711節を表す番号に続く番号は,JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) の対応する部又は箇条の番号である。
  参照する部又は箇条がないときは,JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) の一般要求事項が適用できることを意味し

711 展示会,ショー及びスタンド
711.1 適用範囲,目的及び基本的原則
711.1.1 適用範囲
  この規格の特別要求事項は,JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) の第1部から第6部と関連して,展示会,ショー
及びスタンド(移動形及び携帯形の展示物及び機器を含む。)における仮設の電気設備に対して,使用者を
保護するために適用する。
  特に規定がない限り,この規格は関連する規格にその要求事項を示している出展品には適用しない。

711.2 定義
  JIS C 0364 (IEC 60364) のこの節のために,次の定義を適用する。
711.2.1 展示会 (exhibition)
  製品などを展示及び/又は販売するために部屋,建築物又は仮設建造物内のいずれか適当な場所で行わ
れる催事
711.2.2 ショー (show)
  部屋,建築物又は仮設建造物内のいずれか適当な場所で催される展示又は興行
711.2.3 スタンド (stand)
  展示,マーケティング,販売,演芸などのために使用する区域又は仮設建造物
711.2.4 仮設建造物 (temporary structure)
  組立て及び分解することを意図し設計した,屋内又は屋外に施設する,移動形及び携帯形ユニットを含
むユニット又はユニットの一部
711.2.5 仮設電気設備 (temporary electrical installation)
  関連するスタンド又は展示物と同時に施工及び撤去する電気設備
711.2.6 仮設電気設備の電力供給点 (origin of the temporary electrical installation)
  電気エネルギーを供給する常設の設備又はその他の電源との接続点
711.3 一般特性の評価
711.31 目的,電源及び構成
711.313 電源
  展示会,ショー及びスタンドの仮設電気設備の公称電源電圧は,交流230/400V(IEC 60038参照)以下
でなければならない。
711.32 外的影響の等級分類
  外的影響条件は,仮設電気設備を施工するその場所の条件,例えば,水の存在,機械的応力とする。
711.4 安全保護
711.41 感電保護
711.413 間接接触保護
711.413.1 電源の自動遮断による保護
711.413.1.3 TN系統
  接地系統の種類がTNの場合は,設備はTN−Sとしなければならない。
711.413.1.3.4 電源の自動遮断による間接接触に対する保護手段を適用する場合,動物を飼育する場所にお
ける規約電圧限界ULは,交流25V(実効値)又は直流60V(リップルフリー)とし,かつ,最大遮断時間
はJIS C 0364-4-481 (IEC 60364-4-481) の表48Aに示す。
  これらの条件は,動物を飼育する場所と系統外導電性部分によって接続される場所にも適用できる。
711.413.1.6 補助等電位ボンディング
711.413.1.6.1 動物用に使用する場所では,同時に触れるおそれのあるすべての露出導電性部分及び系統外
導電性部分と設備の保護導体とを補助等電位ボンディングで接続しなければならない。
  金属製の格子を床に埋設してある場合は,その格子を動物を飼育する場所に要求される局部的補助ボン
