Scope
This International Standard gives the definitions of terms used in olive oil production and olive cultivation.
NOTE 1 In addition to terms used in two of the three official ISO languages (English and French), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms and definitions in Spanish and Italian; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for Spain (AENOR) and Italy (UNI). However, only the terms and definitions given in the official languages can be considered as ISO terms and definitions.
