  測定時間内のレベル変動が無視できるくらいに小さな騒音。

F.3.2 非定常騒音 (non-steady noise) :

  測定時間中にレベルが大幅に変化する騒音。
F.3.2.1  変動騒音 (fluctuating noise)  : 
  測定時間の間に,レベルが連続的,かつ,明白に変化する騒音。図F.1のb)参照。
F.3.2.2  間欠騒音 (intermittent noise)  : 
  測定時間内に,暗騒音レベルまで数回にわたり,レベルが突然降下する騒音。そのレベルが暗騒音のレ
ベルと違う時間は,ほぼ1秒以上である。図F.1のc)参照。
F.3.2.3  衝撃性の騒音 (impulsive noise)  : 
  およそ1秒未満の継続時間をもつ音響エネルギのバーストからなる騒音。
F.3.2.3.1 分離衝撃騒音 (isolated burst of sound energy)  : 
  単発又は一連の音響エネルギバーストであって,バーストの間隔が0.2秒以上のもの。図F.1のd)参照。
F.3.2.3.2 準定常衝撃騒音 (quasi-impulsive noise)  : 
  バーストの間隔が0.2秒未満であって,振幅の等しい一連の騒音バースト。図F.1のe)参照。
