受渡当事者間の協議によって要求があった場合,試験報告書を提供しなければならない。
なお,試験報告書には,少なくとも次の事項を記載する。
a) この規格の番号(JIS A 9516)
b) 試験結果
c) 試料の形状及び製品名
d) この規格に含まれない操作及び測定中に認められた異常事項
e) 試験年月日
